Everything CSSBuy does happens in a fixed order. Learn the sequence once and every future order feels easy.
Stage 1 — Link Submission
Paste your validated Taobao or Weidian URL. Lock in variant, size, and substitution rules in the agent note.
Stage 2 — Invoice One
Pay for the product plus domestic China shipping. Do not expect international shipping here — that is a second invoice later.
Stage 3 — Warehouse Arrival
The agent receives the parcel, opens it, and photographs the item for QC. Turnaround is usually 1–3 days after seller ships.
Stage 4 — QC Review
You review in the dashboard. Return, exchange, or approve. See the QC guide for exactly what to look at.
Stage 5 — Warehouse Hold
Up to ~90 days free storage. Consolidate multiple orders here before shipping.
Stage 6 — Invoice Two + Shipping
Pick a line, apply coupons, pay. See the shipping lines guide.
Stage 7 — Delivery
Track through the carrier link CSSBuy sends. Handle any customs pre-payment if your line was not DDP.
